Ingredients

  • 20 oz Hash Brown Potatoes (refrigerated variety)
  • 1 Onion finely diced
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garli Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a bowl mix potatoes, onion, cheese.
  • Spray baking sheet with oil (line with aluminum foil first for easy cleanup) and spread potatoes evenly. Drizzle cream and distribute small pieces of butter over the potatoes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until potatoes are a golden brown.
